About Revinote
Revinote turns recorded conversations into transcripts, summaries, decisions, and action items. It is built for people who need dependable notes after online meetings, phone calls, and conversations that happen away from a desk.
What Revinote does
The macOS app can detect meetings and capture system audio without adding a visible bot to the call. The iOS and Android apps record in-person conversations. After a recording ends, Revinote identifies speakers, creates a transcript, and prepares a report that users can review, edit, share, or search.
Revinote also connects meeting knowledge to AI assistants through its MCP integration. This is useful when someone needs to find an earlier promise, collect open action items, compare customer objections, or draft a follow-up based on the original conversation.
Company and principles
Revinote is a product of Pionyr, a business registered in the Netherlands. The service is designed and operated from Gorinchem. Revinote stores reports in each customer account and does not allow its AI providers to train models on customer recordings, transcripts, or reports.
Users remain responsible for telling participants about a recording and obtaining consent where the law requires it. Revinote supports the documentation work, but people still decide what to record and how to use the resulting notes.
