Privacy at Revinote

Revinote processes personal data to turn conversations into useful notes and to operate customer accounts. This page gives a short, readable overview. The full Privacy Policy remains the controlling document and contains the detailed retention, provider, security, and data-rights terms.

Recordings and reports

Revinote sends audio to ElevenLabs for transcription and speaker identification. It uses Anthropic and OpenAI models to help generate reports from transcripts. Revinote opts out of provider model training, so these providers may not use customer recordings, transcripts, or reports to train their models through Revinote.

Audio remains available for seven days so users can listen again or download it, then Revinote deletes it from its storage. Generated transcripts and reports remain in the account until a user deletes them. Revinote protects data in transit with TLS and restricts production access to people who need it to operate the service.

Your choices and responsibilities

Customers can request access, correction, export, or deletion by emailing info@revinote.com. Organization administrators control team access and should remove people who leave their organization. Users must also tell participants about recordings and obtain consent when local law requires it.

Revinote uses Stripe for payments, Vercel for hosting and anonymous web analytics, and Twilio for phone recording flows. The full policy names each provider, explains international processing, and describes the Data Processing Agreement available to business customers.
